Editor’s Note
Every week, we get a lot of questions about supplements.
And we get just as many brands who want to partner with us to promote their products.
But here’s the thing:
There’s a limited number of supplements that make a real difference. After all, they are called supplements for a reason.
That’s not to say supplements are bad; it’s to say that it helps to know when you are deficient, if a supplement will realistically make a difference, and — if so — what dose is required to help you improve.
Because the supplement industry doesn’t do you many favors. Unfortunately, most supplement companies offer criminally underdosed products, egregiously avoid testing and certifications, and use deceptive marketing to make promises that far surpass the reality of what a product will do for your health and performance.
As a result, we turn down the opportunity to support most supplements. One brand even offered more than a million dollars to work with APC, and we said no. Our job is to only recommend what works and is backed by science, not just promote whoever writes a big check.

We created Arnold’s Pump Club to make health simpler — not more confusing. So we created a guide to cut through the noise.
You’re told supplements are the missing piece.
As a result, you pour your hopes (and hard-earned money) into powders and pills, believing it will change everything.
And too often, you end up disappointed.
You feel like they failed.
You quit — not because they didn’t care enough, but because the industry set you up to lose.
We can’t stand by and let that happen.
Our free 100-page Supplement Guide is designed to give you the truth, backed by published research:
✅ Supplements are not the foundation of good health.
✅ They can support you after the proper habits are built.
✅ Most products won’t deliver what they promise — but a few can make a real difference when used wisely. And when done consistently and appropriately to fill gaps, you’ll feel the difference.
The guide shows you exactly what works, what doesn’t, and how to build your health on behaviors, not broken promises.
(And when you don’t need a supplement, we’ll show you that too.)
This guide will give you the clarity, confidence, and genuine support you deserve.

Because your health journey should be built on hope, science, and proven results — not hype.
