Programs that actually work.
You might be used to fitness apps that allow you to choose your own adventure and hop between workouts and programs. That’s fun, but the reality is, it doesn’t work, which is why you’re here, and why The Pump Club App doesn’t do that.
After you answer the questions during onboarding, you will be placed in a customized 90-day Foundation program based on your goals, fitness level, and whether you train in a gym or with your own body weight. It is the way Arnold started training, and it works, so he wants everyone to start this way. Members who were just starting out have used the program to lose more than 100 pounds and complete their first push-up or pull-up. Advanced members have achieved 600-pound deadlifts, 400-pound squats, and their best muscle definition of their lives. The Foundation works. Trust us. Once you finish, we have a lot of other programs waiting for you.
A real community
Our members come together to encourage each other, but it isn’t the rose-colored glasses BS that you see on social media. People are real. They share their deepest struggles. They share their PRs and wins. They are always there for each other, and find like-minded people who can support them in their progress. In The Pump Club village, no one has to do this alone.
An honest team that works for you
The Pump Club App’s founders, Arnold, Adam, and Daniel, engage in regular Q and A’s in the app, and Coach Jen and Coach Nic host weekly Zoom calls to provide coaching advice and guidance. However, what truly sets us apart is our approach to involving members in app development. We publish our internal development roadmap once a month, asking members for their feedback, and prioritize updates that the village requests. That’s why the app gets better every day, right along with you. We listen, and we move fast. And we will never stop.
