The book includes 25 different meal plans, including different caloric amounts, swaps for different foods, and specialty plans like vegetarian and gluten-free. We don’t love meal plans, and I’ve never counted calories, so we included templates and food lists to make it easy to swap out any option and build a plan that works for you. But for those of you who do count calories or find it helpful, we include calorie counts for you, too!
